Finansminister Christian Lindner og næringsminister Robert Habeck er blitt enige om summen i forhandlinger om statsbudsjettet for 2022 og planene for de neste årene.
Pengene skal brukes til å kutte CO2-utslipp fra industrien, satse på hydrogen som drivstoff, bygge ladestasjoner til elbiler og flere andre tiltak. Summen tilsvarer over 1.900 milliarder kroner.
Habeck tilhører partiet De grønne, som er godt fornøyd med at det nå er enighet om å bruke mer penger på det grønne skiftet.
